Property management services for residential properties throughout the Treasure Valley. Our full-service property management company handles everything from marketing and advertising of your property, screening applicants and placing tenants, to maintenance and periodic inspections. We are here to assure that all aspects concerning the rental of your property are handled in an efficient and professional manner.
ADVERTISING
We will advertise you property on Zillow, Trulia, HotPads and our website, and handle all showings and open houses. In some instances we will advertise in additional places such as Facebook, Craigslist etc.
TENANT SCREENING AND PLACEMENT:
Our screening process includes a credit check, background check, eviction check as well as rental history and employment/income verification.
MAINTENANCE:
We network with many local contractors, repair companies and maintenance companies to make maintaining your property as cost and time effective as possible. We include a 24-hour phone number for your tenants to contact us in the case of a maintenance emergency.
INVOICING:
We send out monthly statement so that you know exactly where your rental income went. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year to make tax time as easy as possible.
INSPECTIONS:
In order to ensure that your property is being taken care of properly, we do a quarterly exterior inspection, as well as an annual interior inspection prior to renewing any leases.
